Warranty Policies

SPA Turbo offers a one year, unlimited mileage warranty on all parts sold unless otherwise noted. We only offer the highest quality parts available, but in some rare cases there are manufacturer defects. If you have a defective item under warranty we offer options to make warranty service easier for you and we will send you a new replacement part. However, our warranty does not cover any labor that may be involved with your repair. In most cases you have the following options for warranty service:

1) You may return the warranty item to us for a replacement.
2) You may pay a deposit and have a replacement item sent in advance. Once you return the warranty item to us your deposit will be refunded. In either case we pay for shipping within the continental USA.
Please be sure to include some contact number(s) and email(s). Our techs will contact you with troubleshooting tips or to arrange a replacement.

 

Warranty Claim

If you have a problem with one of our parts, we will need to process a warranty claim. If the part has not been installed, then please contact us and we can order up the correct parts.

The following information must be mailed to sales@spaturbousa.com before any replacement can be shipped.

  1. A cover letter with your name, invoice number and problem. Ship to name if it was shipped somewhere else.
  2. pictures and description of the problem, and the engine that the part was installed to.

 

Legal Warranty Version

We warranty all automotive parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified on your invoice. It begins from the date purchased. This warranty does not apply to parts unless the installation instructions are followed in their entirety. If instructions are not available the work should be performed by a licensed mechanic.

This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and / or reinstallation of the auto part. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for TIME, RENTAL, OR OTHER PARTS not purchased from us, or ANY LABOR. This warranty covers fixing or replacing the part only. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the part. This warranty does not apply, and will be voided, if the auto part sold has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone other than us. Your warranty will be null and void if the part fails due to improper installation. If the auto part sold should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, return the auto part to us, postage prepaid, along with your sales invoice. Your dated invoice will establish your eligibility for the warranty. We will, at our option, replace or repair the part free of charge and return it to you postage prepaid.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE CONSUMERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY AND OUR ONLY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE THOSE STATED HEREIN. Exchange Policy

If you need to trade your item, you can exchange qualifying items through sales@spaturbousa.com.

If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange option or you received the item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.

Note:

If the item you're exchanging costs less that your original purchase we will refund you the difference.

This policy refers to color/size or if it doesn’t fit your car only.

 

Return Policy

Items can be returned and replaced within 30 days of ordered.

You need to inform us the tracking number so can advise our fulfillment center, once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.

Very strong, I feel it will never bent or have flange leaks like a cheap tube header, very good support for the turbo, compact and great exhaust flow. Made easily 700whp on stock internals 2JZGTE at 32psi of boost (automatic car). Also fits well RHD. (mais)

Do you plan to release a veto 1jz model? As more cars are getting imported to the US I think not people are wanting an option that isn’t a $1200+ tubular version.

Hello. I like your products :) I prefer 'log style' manifolds as they are quite compact, they have fast spool, and they sometimes provide easier routing for the turbo oil drain and external wastegate. I have seen your 2JZ GE cast manifold TMTY05, which looks quite nice, but I would kind of prefer this style of the TMTY06 manifold to fit a 2JZ GE vvti non-turbo. I think this would fit better in small engine bays like the IS300/IS200 etc. Will you make a version of this style of manifold to fit the 2JZ GE non-turbo vvti? The 2JZ GE non-turbo vvti engines are becoming very popular for turbo conversions. The vvti 2jz ge non-turbo vvti has weaker conrods than a 2JZ GTE, so it is possible an SPA kit that has conrods + turbo manifold + fuel pressure regulator (and possibly other items like turbo etc) could be very popular. Will you make a TMTY06 to fit the 2JZ GE vvti non-turbo? Thanks :)

It’s a good idea, but is not too easy to make new model of manifold for 2JZ engines (GE or GTE), both are rare in Brazil. I’ll forwarder your comments to our develop departament and engineers.

I am also interested in this style manifold with flange suitable for mounting to a 2JZGE-VVTi cylinder head. The GTE engines are getting rare and very expensive. The GE engines are still very inexpensive and have no disadvantage aside from weak connecting rods and perhaps an ugly intake manifold. Speaking of intake manifolds - it might we wise of SAP turbo to consider developing an intake manifold very similar to the GTE, that bolts on to the lower runners of the GE.

Good day, In comparison, is this manifold better then the single scroll far as power? Spool? Airflow? Etc etc Just purchased the single scroll version (used) in a hurry based on price and now realize it’s not the one I wanted which is this. Thanks

Hello, the TMTY06 is twin scroll and the airflow path was improved compared to the TMTY03 (single scroll), so you should notice a faster spool and a better turbo response.
