• This turbo manifold was designed to replace the stock part, which usually cracks with time. In addition, SPA Turbo engineering department developed a manifold with an optimized design with bigger volume that provides greater flow compared to the stock one, perfect to the deliver higher HP numbers.

• Application: VW/Audi 1.8T 20V transverse

• Turbocharger mount: botton mount (stock)

• Turbine housing flange: for K03/K04 turbocharger

• Wastegate flange: does not feature (must use stock internal wastegate)

• Material: Cast iron

• This part replaces the stock flat one also known as Pancake (PN: 06A145894C), which passes in front of the motor pulleys. With the original tube design, there is a turbulence caused in the airflow by the restriction, the SPA Turbo pancake pipe eliminates this restriction without compromising the operation of other vehicle components.

• Part 100% in cast aluminum, ensuring high resistance regardless of the boost pressure used.

• Internal volume 62% higher than the stock pipe.

• Recommended use: Vehicles with wheels and tires with stock dimensions (may not be compatible with wheels and tires with larger diameters than the original).

• Installation: No adaptations required, it directly replaces the stock pipe (eliminates the use of hoses and adapter clamps).

• Material: Cast aluminum.

• Application: Audi/VW 150hp and 180hp (1.8T 20V).

• Inlet/outlet: 2 1/4.
