The MINI Cooper S is prone to excessive oil vapor within the intake system from the positive pressure induction system from the factory. Once installed, the M7 catch can separates the oil vapors from the crankcase air before it is returned back into the intake charge, keeping your intercooler and sensors working at peak performance. If you've ever taken off your intercooler, you most likely noticed a build up of oil within each rubber boot sealing each end of the intercooler. Spray some cleaner into it and you'll quickly discover massive amounts of oil that build up inside the intercooler! This oil coating is not in itself harmful to the general operation of the engine, but it does affect the performance by limiting the efficiency of the intercooler in cooling the compressed intake charge -- not to mention gumming up various sensors and components including the critical intake valves.
Now with "Exact-Fit" pre-assembled hoses, there is no need to cut the factory breather tube. So, when it's time to sell your car, it can be returned to exact stock configuration.

Warranty Policies
SPA Turbo offers a one year, unlimited mileage warranty on all parts sold unless otherwise noted. We only offer the highest quality parts available, but in some rare cases there are manufacturer defects. If you have a defective item under warranty we offer options to make warranty service easier for you and we will send you a new replacement part. However, our warranty does not cover any labor that may be involved with your repair. In most cases you have the following options for warranty service:
1) You may return the warranty item to us for a replacement.
2) You may pay a deposit and have a replacement item sent in advance. Once you return the warranty item to us your deposit will be refunded. In either case we pay for shipping within the continental USA.
Please be sure to include some contact number(s) and email(s). Our techs will contact you with troubleshooting tips or to arrange a replacement.
Warranty Claim
If you have a problem with one of our parts, we will need to process a warranty claim. If the part has not been installed, then please contact us and we can order up the correct parts.
The following information must be mailed to sales@spaturbousa.com before any replacement can be shipped.
- A cover letter with your name, invoice number and problem. Ship to name if it was shipped somewhere else.
- pictures and description of the problem, and the engine that the part was installed to.
Legal Warranty Version
We warranty all automotive parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified on your invoice. It begins from the date purchased. This warranty does not apply to parts unless the installation instructions are followed in their entirety. If instructions are not available the work should be performed by a licensed mechanic.
This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and / or reinstallation of the auto part. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for TIME, RENTAL, OR OTHER PARTS not purchased from us, or ANY LABOR. This warranty covers fixing or replacing the part only. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the part. This warranty does not apply, and will be voided, if the auto part sold has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone other than us. Your warranty will be null and void if the part fails due to improper installation. If the auto part sold should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, return the auto part to us, postage prepaid, along with your sales invoice. Your dated invoice will establish your eligibility for the warranty. We will, at our option, replace or repair the part free of charge and return it to you postage prepaid.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE CONSUMERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY AND OUR ONLY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE THOSE STATED HEREIN. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE AUTO PART SOLD.
Exchange Policy
If you need to trade your item, you can exchange qualifying items through sales@spaturbousa.com.
If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange option or you received the item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.

Return Policy
Items can be returned and replaced within 30 days of ordered.
You need to inform us the tracking number so can advise our fulfillment center, once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.
